This program equips participants with the essential skills to understand, issue, and reply to Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and Opportunities for Improvement (OFI) in line with ISO 9001:2015 requirements. Participants will learn how NCRs are raised, how to investigate root causes, and how to provide effective corrections and corrective actions.
Through practical workshops and simulated audits, delegates will gain confidence in handling NCRs and OFIs to meet internal, external, and customer audit expectations.
