EMPLOYEE SAFETY AWARENESS TRAINING
Course Introduction
The Employee Safety Awareness course is designed to strengthen workplace safety practices by equipping employees with the knowledge to identify hazards, assess risks, and take preventive actions. Aligned with the Department of Occupational Safety and Health (DOSH) Malaysia standards, this program promotes a proactive safety culture and compliance across all levels of the organization.

- Hazard Identification & Risk Assessment (HIRARC): Steps and controls.
- Emergency Preparedness & Response: Planning, drills, and responsibilities.
- Accident Reporting & Investigation: Reporting procedures and learning from incidents.
- Creating a Safety Culture: Employee involvement, communication, recognition.
- Monitoring & Reviewing Practices: Audits, inspections, and performance metrics.
