Day 1 – Foundations of OSHC
- 1: Introduction to OSH Legal Framework (OSHA 1994 / local OSH Acts)
- 2: Establishment of OSH Committee – composition, appointment, terms
- 3: Roles & Responsibilities of Members – Chairperson, Secretary, Committee
- 4: Conducting Effective OSH Meetings – planning, documentation, follow-up
Day 2 – Operational Functions of OSHC
- 5: Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment & Control (HIRARC)
- 6: Workplace Inspection Techniques – planning, execution, reporting
- 7: Accident / Incident Reporting & Investigation – root cause analysis
- 8: Promoting Safety Culture – awareness campaigns, behavioral safety
