5-day ISO 45001 Lead Auditor course, accredited by CQI/IRCA, to enhance OHSMS skills through interactive training, mock audits, and a globally recognized certification.
Note: Online IRCA Exam within 30days required to attend and complete by Delegates for 2:15hrs. Competency certificate for those pass and attendance certificate to those cannot achieve. (CQI/IRCA-SEQM)
1. QMS Fundamentals : Understand QMS purpose and 7 quality management principles. 2. ISO Standards : Learn ISO 45001 (OHSMS) and ISO 19011 (Auditing) connections. 3. ISO 9001 Auditing : Interpret and apply ISO 9001 standards. 4. Audit Skills : Plan, conduct, and report audits per ISO 19011.Write effective non-conformity reports. 5. Corrective Actions : Evaluate effectiveness of corrective measures. 6. OHSMS Expertise : Master ISO 45001:2018 and qualify as Lead Auditor.
- Lesson 1: OHS framework, ISO 45001:2018 basics, Annex SL, ISO 45001 family.
- Lesson 2: Accreditation bodies (UKAS, MS), assessment stages (1, 2, surveillance), IRCA requirements.
- Lesson 3: Industry OHS practices, employer/employee roles, hazards, risks, safe work systems.
- Lesson 4: Fire safety, confined spaces, lifting operations, equipment use, Legionella, vibration, hazardous substances, risk assessment exercises.
- Lesson 5: ISO 45001 clauses (context, leadership, planning, support, documents).
- Lesson 6: Operations, procurement, emergency response (teams, evacuation, fire equipment).
- Lesson 7: Performance evaluation, internal audits, corrective actions, continual improvement.
- Lesson 8: Auditor roles, audit types, planning, and principles.
- Lesson 9: Audit process (initiation, planning, execution, findings, reports, follow-ups).
