Course Introduction

Day 1
- Introduction to EMS & ISO 14001:2015 clauses
- Key elements of Environmental Management Systems
- Audit principles, scope, objectives & planning
- Developing audit checklists & audit sequence
Day 2
- Audit practice & techniques (opening meeting, evidence gathering, interviews, site/document review)
- Auditor roles, behavior & communication skills
- Reporting findings: NCs, observations, corrective actions
- NCR writing & follow-up/closure
- Role play: simulated internal audit & feedback
Note: Participants are encouraged to bring their organization’s EMS documents (manuals, procedures, work instructions) for practical audit activities
