Users may request deletion of their UK Trainer account through the application where this functionality is available or by contacting UK Trainer technical support.

8. ISO/IEC 27001 Alignment

UK Trainer PLT is not currently certified to ISO/IEC 27001 However, our information-security practices are developed with reference to the principles and risk-based approach of ISO/IEC 27001:2022 to support the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of information processed through the UK Trainer application.

These practices include, where applicable, information-security risk management, access control, authentication, secure information handling, supplier security, incident management, secure development, business continuity, and continual improvement.

Any reference to ISO/IEC 27001 in this Privacy Policy is intended solely to describe the information-security principles and practices that guide our approach and should not be interpreted as a claim of ISO/IEC 27001 certification.
