Day Schedule:
- 8:45 – 9:15am: Introduction & Ice Breaking
- 9:15 – 10:30am: Lesson 1 & 2 – Origins of 5S & Planning for 5S
- 10:45 – 12:30pm: Lesson 3 – Sort (Seiri)
- 1:30 – 2:00pm: Lesson 4 – Set in Order (Seiso)
- 2:00 – 2:45pm: Lesson 5 – Shine (Seiton)
- 2:45 – 3:30pm: Lesson 6 – Standardize (Seiketsu)
- 3:45 – 4:30pm: Lesson 7 – Sustain (Shitsuke)
- 4:30 – 5:00pm: Recap & Closing
